Originally part of the old village brewery, the apartment is self contained with its own outside stairway and sunny balcony.
The Den has been recently refurbished to a high standard and enjoys gas central heating, a well-equipped kitchen and spacious, uncluttered living area.
One double and one large twin room accommodate four people in comfort.
Unrestricted on-street parking is available close by and all local amenities are within easy walking distance making it an ideal base for a walking or golfing break or for exploring St Andrews and the historic Eask Neuk.
