Boats trips to Beachy Head, dance at the Winter gardens, roller skate along the sea front, take wind surfing/sailing lessons, or simply shop.
Ivydene is a good base for all this, and all the history, sightseeing has to offer in Sussex with Brighton, Lewes, Rye, and Hastings all nearby. |

| Take A22 towards Eastbourne seafront east at Sovereign Centre roundabout, drive along seafront. Turn right just past Redoubt Fortress into St Aubyns Road then first right into Hampden terrace, which is the first part of Latimer Road. |
