From the East, M27, then A31, then take A338 (direction: Bournemouth) dual carriage way, to the end. At Liverpool Victoria Insurance roundabout, take the last exit, signposted Poole Town Centre A35. At the next roundabout, take the first exit, the A35 to Poole. Continue on this road through two major sets of traffic lights downhill into the village of Ashley Cross. Go through the major lights, and past the village green on left. At the next major set of lights, with the Central pub on the right and Minute Man Press on left, turn left - we are the 3rd house on the left.
From West A35 to Poole town Centre, at George round about, Follow A35 direction Bournemouth and Parkstone, Poole Park with the sea on the right. At the next round about, with the Civic centre in the middle, take the exit marked A35 to Bournemouth. At the first major traffic lights, with the Central pub on the left and Minute Man Press on the right, turn right - we are the 3rd house on the left.
