| King Line Cottages (English Tourist Board 3 / 4 star rating) consists of six holiday homes, overlooking one of the most picturesque parts of the River Bure. Five of the six cottages have been awarded an English Tourist Board accessibility rating making this one of the largest groups of holiday homes on the Norfolk Broads to integrate wheel chair users, disabled and elderly holiday makers with the able bodied.

| Accessible holiday accomodation &
Self drive electric dayboats that have been designed with the disabled and elderly travellers in mind.
An electric platform lift (1000 x 700 max lift weight 150kg) will lower and lift a wheelchair and passenger into and out of the craft safely. No1 boat can take 3 wheel chairs, and no.2 boat 4 wheel chairs. This 2nd boat also allows lateral transfer to the drivers seat from a wheel chair.
Seats 11 or 825KG max.
Suitable for all day cruising . Environmentally friendly
Joystick control if required for use by wheel chair user
Normal wheel steering for able-bodied crew
Safe level boarding area to help get you on board.
Toilet on board (not a seperate compartment. Pull round curtain on two sides)

|  | Eagle Cottage
This individual riverside property on the banks of the river Bure has main river frontage and is surrounded by water on three sides. Eagle Cottage is wheelchair friendly with ramps and extra wide doors throughout the ground floor. It has been awarded an English Tourist Board rating of 4 and accessibility rating of 2. The accommodation comprises entrance hall, cloakroom with wc, ground floor bathroom (suitable for lateral transfer for wheelchair users). The Modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, built in oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer (in annexe), spacious lounge diner with TV and video. The ground floor twin bedroom has two 5ft beds and wash basin. Stairs lead to double bedroom with wash basin, and a single bedroom with wash basin; door to a large balcony for private sunbathing.

|  | Horning, Riverside and Quayside Lodges
Horning Lodge, Riverside and Quayside Lodges share a large lawn and 75ft of river frontage. An exterior ramp (gradient 1:12) and wide interior doors benefit assisted wheel chair users. All three cottages have been awarded an English Tourist Board accessibility rating 1. Quayside Lodge has a separate wheel-in shower room, spacious toilet with room for lateral transfer and an exterior ramp to car parking. Layouts and toilet/shower rooms vary. |  | Kates Lodge
Kate's Lodge is a cosy individual lodge with a private lawn of its own to one side with main river frontage.
The lounge/dining area is complete with comfortable chairs, Freeview TV, DVD Player, Video Player, dining table and chairs. A fully fitted kitchen includes electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom share a toilet/shower room. Lady Lodge is of a superior standard in holiday accommodation. It has been awarded an English Tourist Board Accessibility rating of 2, with an exterior ramp (gradient 1:12) to car parking and 32" wide interior doors benefit assisted wheel chair users. A twin bedroom with large single beds has an ensuite (walk in-no step) shower at floor level with support bars, and toilet. A king-size double bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with bidet, shower/bath unit and toilet, both with support bars.

Directions
|
| By Road.
By road from London - journey time is 2 - 3 hours. Exit the M25 London Orbital at junction 27 and take the M11 North towards Cambridge. Exit the M11 at junction 9 and take the A11 North (East) towards Norwich and the Norfolk Broads. From here our local directions will apply.
Local directions from Norwich.
From the Outer Ringroad, Norwich follow signs towards Wroxham (A1151) to leave by the Sprowston Road. Follow the A1151 for approxiamtely 8 miles, passing through Wroxham, until 2 mini roundabouts. At the second mini roundabout take a right turn onto the A1062, signposted Potter Heigham, Horning, Ludham. Continue for approximately 2 miles. At the Horning Crossroads, turn right into Horning Village Lower Street. The village is about 1 mile long, continue through the village, Ferry Road is on the right hand side, at the end of the village.
