Property Description

 
Our single storey Charente long house which has a large terrace and nicely set in it's own grounds, and within a few minutes walking distance from the town centre of Chabanais, which is crossed by the river La Vienne.
The interior design of the house is quite modern with a nice French style and well cared for.Hospitality is provided by two double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities.
There is a small TV/Reading room provided for our guests, We have a large terraced swimming pool. We are open all year round. This is a No Smoking establishment. Our house is set in it's own grounds approx 1.5 acres,mostly laid to lawn and bordered with mature oak trees, firs and silver birches, great for winding down and a peaceful stay.

Things To Do

The town of Chabanais has it's own train station with connections to Limoge & Angouleme where you can board the TGV to Paris ( Disneyland) and most areas of France. Locally we have resturants,shops,fishing,canoeing,horse riding & local history.
