Things To Do

Daily trips to the Cape of Good Hope, close to Simonstown and The Boulders where a large colony of Jackass Penguins live Things to do in Cape Town: Go up Table Mountain and see the sensational views of the Cape Peninsula. Shop in the V&A Waterfront. Take a ride on a sail boat. From here one can also go to Robben Island per boat. In bad weather, the Aquarium will provide excellent entertainment. Walking trough the City Centre; Visiting the "Bo Kaap" (Malayan culture), Botanical gardens with historical buildings, Greenmarket Square flea market, Botanical garden Kirstenbosch and a City tour on a double-decker bus. Directions

Access from CPT Airport: When leaving the airport premises, turn on to the N2 highway, direction Somerset West / George. 15 minutes to Somerset West offramp, turn left on to the R44, direction Stellenbosch. At the first big crossing turn left. After the BP garage turn right up the hill, at the T-junction right, pass the "Caltex" petrol station, than turn left and right again (Rendezvous Street). At the end of the cul-de-sac you will find Villa Tara .
