Property Description

 
Evansleigh Villa is an award winning Colonial Villa set in a large English garden on a small farmlett on the outskirts of Christchurch. It is only minutes away from the airport, city centre, international golf resort, wildlife reserve,Antartic Centre and great restaurants and cafes. Guests have their own entrance and sitting room. Rooms are spacious with quality linen, fresh flowers,guests robes and Tea/Coffee making facilities. I provide a full two course cooked breakfast in the dinning room or veranda if sunny.I share my home with a cat and two dogs.My daughters horses are in the surrounding paddocks. I enjoy creating a welcoming and restful enviroment for my guests.

Things To Do

My property is situated minutes from the International Airport so is ideal for arriving guests or departing. Airport traffic is in the opposite direction so there is very little noise. I am within walking distance to an international Golf resort and wildlife reserve which has New Zealands largest collection of Kiwis. They also have daily cultural performances. The Antartic Centre is 5 minutes away.In the vicinity are also many fine restaurants and cafes,a large shopping Mall and cinema.15 minutes by car takes you into the heart of the city.

A large room with Queen bed and antique furniture. Has French doors onto the veranda where you can relax or have your breakfast. Tea/Coffee making facilities, complimentary port and chocolates, guest bathrobes, fresh flowers. The ensuite has both shower and clawfoot bath. Hairdryer surplied.		Room Rate
The room rate is NZ$140 per night. This includes a full cooked breakfast.
