The main bedroom has a queen size bed with full en-suite bathroom. The open plan lounge/dining area with satellite TV and a well equipped kitchen opens onto a private patio with BBQ. The patio is surrounded by an indigenous garden and has spectacular mountain views. Guests have use of the pool.

Within the 34 hectare security estate, take a mountain walk or leisurely stroll around the landscaped gardens, streams and ponds, which attract a variety of bird life.

Things To Do

Hout Bay has much to offer the visitor, from over 20 restaurants to cater for all palates and a variety of shops and malls to satisfy all shopping tastes. Beach walks, sunset cruises and drives along the famous Chapman's Peak Drive towards Cape of Good Hope will keep the visitor entralled. The City centre as well as the V & A Waterfront is a mere 20 minutes away. The Sunday summer concerts at Kirsentebosch Botanical Gardens are a must and only 10 minutes drive. The Contantia Wine Route with the wellknown Klein Constantia and 'Vin de Constance' is a mere 7 minute drive.
