A "maison bourgeois" town house, built in 1920. It has 3 comfortable letting rooms, all with en-suite facilities and central heating. A welcome tray in each room provides guests with tea and coffee.
There is a large barn providing secure storage for motorcycles and bicycles overnight.
The house is set in half acre gardens that produce fruit, vegetables and new-laid eggs for the kitchen.
The Blue and Green rooms overlook the valley opposite and the Gold room has a view of the rear garden.

Payzac is situated in the beautiful countryside of the Perigord Vert which has lakes, rivers and an abundance of wildlife.The nearby Lake Rouffiac has a sandy beach with safe swimming, fishing, water sports, forest areas and a restaurant. Whether your a walker, biker, cyclist or motorist you are sure to fall in love with the the Dordogne.

We are located in the north of the Dordogne, between Limoges and Perigueux and are conveniently central for touring the surrounding villages and amenities.
Nearest airports are Limoges (1 hour) and Bergerac (1½ hours) Nearest rail station is St Yrieix-la-Perche (20 mins) with links to Paris via Limoges.
Situated in La Chapelle / Payzac on the D75 opposite the "petite eglise"
