| Situated in the centre of Ferragudo, a small fishing village, everything is within minutes walk from this artists' own town house. We are offering the house with its own patio and roof terrace with plunge pool. The interior of the house provides comfortable accommodation for 6 with an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with patio doors to a terrace, ideal for outdoor cooking on the built in BBQ. The owner, a well known local artist, who's work can be seen in many places in the Algarve, has made his impression throughout this unique and very affordable holiday home.
Entrance into living room with separated dining room, downstairs also: 1 double bedroom, kitchen fully equipped, bathroom, upstairs double bedroom with bathroom em suite, another double bedroom. Maid service once a week.
