| Loch Leven Holiday Accommodation comprises of 7 chalets, 1 pine lodge, a luxury cottage and a Bed & Breakfast.
We are in an enviable position sitting on the North shore of Loch Leven facing South over the spectacular mountains of Glencoe, with the Mamore range behind us. The area around has much to offer with walking, climbing, cycling, boating, sight-seeing or just relaxing.
Our properties are an ideal location to spot several species of wildlife resident in the area from Seals to Eagles to Pine Martens. We have our own private beach leading to the sea loch where sea fishing can be enjoyed with no charge. The pebble beach is a safe haven for playing and the large grassy area ideal for a barbeque or picnic.
Loch Leven Holiday Accommodation is perfect for families, couples of all ages and anyone looking for the ideal getaway.
We aim to offer you a special home from home experience in a stunning 5 star location!
We are a small, family run business, which is owned and personally managed by Ian Ashwell and his wife Sharon Hall. As we live on site our personal attention is assured.

|  | Burnside B&B
Burnside Bed and Breakfast is a fantastic luxury bungalow in its own grounds looking out over Loch Leven. There is a spacious garden and private beach area.
The accommodation has plenty of car parking spaces. It is fully triple glazed and heated throughout, making it extremely warm and cosy.
Accommodation The bed and breakfast accommodation comprises of one family room, one double room and one single room, with plenty of storage space. There is one bathroom and one shower room (towels provided). Tea and coffee making facilities in each room TV, DVD player and radio in each room Hairdryers in each room There is a breakfast room is a conservatory with spectacular views over Loch Leven, and we offer a fantastic home cooked Scottish breakfast. Vegetarians catered for.
Rooms are available from 4 pm and we ask that they are vacated by 10 am on day of departure.

|  | Loch Leven Chalets
The bedrooms are well furnished and have walk in wardrobe and drawer space and a panel heater. Bed linen is provided and beds are made up for your arrival. Stag, Seal, Salmon and Pinemarten have a double and a twin bedroom whilst Otter, Grouse and Wildcat have two twin bedded rooms.
Towels, Cots & Highchairs available to hire.
Living Room A spacious lounge with dining area boasts large patio doors to the covered veranda from where the magnificent scenery can be enjoyed. Equipped with a storage heater with optional convector and log effect electric fire, you will be cosy whatever the Scottish weather. TV, Video, DVD player and stereo are provided. There is also a selection of CD's, DVD's and videos in each chalet for your entertainment.
Kitchens Kitchens are well equipped with electric oven and 4 ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, vacuum cleaner, toaster, iron and ironing board, as well as the usual equipment expected in a fully functional kitchen. There is plenty of cupboard space and a large larder to accommodate enough provisions for at least one week or more.
Laundrette available to use.
Chalets are available from 1600 hrs and we ask they are vacated by 1000 hrs on your day of departure.
Dogs (1 per chalet) are welcome in Stag and Otter only £20 per dog per week; the other chalets are entirely pet free.
The chalets and the site are non-smoking throughout.

|  | Tiranui Cottage
Tiranui Cottage is a beautiful luxury cottage in its own grounds looking out over Loch Leven. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably, it is bright, airy and has modern.
The Living Room The living/dining room has a spectacular view of the Loch and Pap of Glencoe mountain. It is equipped with storage/convector heaters, C.D. player, T.V., DVD player and video. There is also a selection of CD's, DVD's and videos for your entertainment.
The dining area has a large table big enough to seat eight people.
The Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all the equipment expected in a modern kitchen. There is also a utility room which houses a separate freezer and washing/drying area with washer/dryer.
The Bedrooms One of the downstairs bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. This room has the luxury of an en-suite bathroom with wash hand basin, toilet, bidet, bath, separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail. The second downstairs bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Just outside this room in the hallway is a toilet and wash hand basin. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and double bed and a second with 2 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. All bedrooms have wall mounted convector heaters and are tastefully decorated.
The upstairs bathroom has a wash hand basin, toilet, bath with overhead shower and heated towel rail.
The house is warm and cosy being fully heated throughout by storage radiators and independent convector heaters.

Dogs are not allowed in the cottage.
The cottage and the site is non-smoking throughout

|  | Tiranui Lodge
Tiranui Lodge is in a quiet, elevated position, overlooking the Loch facing the Pap of Glencoe mountain. It has 2 bedroomsfully equipped to sleep up to 4 people, it has one double bedroom with king size bed and one twin bunk room.
The Bedrooms The entrance is through a glazed door leading from the veranda into a hallway, with a door to the left into the 1st bedroom which accommodates a set of bunk beds (the top being a single and the bottom a ¾ bed) and a chest of drawers, with a view from the window straight out onto the Loch. The second double bedroom is a large room with fitted wardrobes, king size bed and a private door leading into the main bathroom. Both bedrooms are very comfortably furnished. There is plenty of cupboard and drawer space.
The Bathroom The bathroom has wash hand basin, toilet, bath with overhead shower and a large utility cupboard containing iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
A second door leads into the main hallway with the kitchen opposite.
The Kitchen The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and all the amenities you would expect in a modern kitchen. Electric oven & hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all other necessary kitchen utensils.
There is a laundrette available for use.
Living/Dining Room A door from the kitchen leads into a spacious living/dining room, equipped with panel convector heaters, log effect fire with fan convector, T.V & video, DVD and C.D. player. There is also a library of videos and DVDs. There is a Dining Table to seat 4.
Towels, cots, highchairs available to hire.
Dogs are not allowed in the lodge.
The lodge and the site is non-smoking throughout.
