Southcroft is a charming Edwardian house in a quiet residential area of this lovely seaside town. We are situated near to the Wish Tower and Western Lawns, close to the sea, downs and theatres. Ideally situated for the SOUTH DOWNS WAY.
TOTALLY NON-SMOKING, all rooms are en-suite and have TV, tea and coffee making facilities and are very comfortably furnished.
A freshly cooked BREAKFAST is served in our sunny dining room overlooking the patio. DINNER is availasble on request.

Things To Do

A good base for sightseeing in Sussex. Bodiam Castle, Lewes, Rye, Hastings and Brighton are nearby. Also the beautiful South Downs and Beachy Head are a must. Why not take a boat trip or ride on the Dotto Train. There is 4 miles of promenade to explore. Theatres to visit and museums and shops.

Directions

When entering Eastbourne from the A22 or A27 follow directions to seafront. Keeping sea on left drive to western side of town and turn right after the Grand Hotel, we are the first road on the left.
