| The Venus Bay Beach House, Sydney Court is different than all other accommodation in the area. It overlooks the entire estate (360 degrees) and because of its design and elevation, has without question the best water views across Anderson Inlet - something that no other property in the estate can match.
Nestled in the tree-tops, it is the highest elevated house in the area, and certainly stands out. If you're going to stay anywhere at Venus Bay that is special, this is certainly the place, and it's only 800 metres to the 22km of beach. Even at its most expensive peak period, this is great value that works out at less than $20 pp/night!! Do your own research and compare us to other accommodation in the area. You'll find that the scenic views are unrestricted, your beds are clean & sanitised, made up with quality linen & doonas, enjoy complimentary tea/coffee, guest soap, toilet paper, tea towels and dishwashing liquid - we provide nearly everything! Other accommodation in the area (with little to no views) is up to $200 a week more expensive, and you have to bring your own linen and amenities! Just bring your own towels, Sunscreen a book or two, food and drinks!

Surrounded by trees, and superbly positioned, this stunning two storey beach house is spacious, homely, cozy and extremely comfortable - Few 'top of the range' beach houses are large enough to offer accommodation for up to 8 guests comfortably.
Well equipped kitchen facilities, open living and dining plan, boasting a solid and gas heating system, generous lounge area and private decking overlooking 'the entire estate' with gas BBQ and large front yard. This property offers the most stunning views across Anderson Inlet and is the highest property in the estate. Downstairs is a VERY large open room with full ensuite, suitable for entertaining or for use as a 4th bedroom (an extremely large one at that, extending the length of the house, separate entrance from upstairs).
Four generous bedrooms consisting of 1 Premium King Size Bed, 2 queen (rated 5 star) and 2 singles - caters for 8. Two bathrooms (one upstairs with separate toilet, bath and shower) separate laundry and one full ensuite with shower downstairs.
Enjoy fishing, swimming and walking along this secluded beach and only a short drive to Wilsons Promontory, Waratah Bay, Fish Creek, Inverloch, Walkerville, Foster and Cape Liptrap.
Freshly made beds welcome you on your arrival - After all, who wants the hastle of bringing your own linen and then having to make up your own beds when you get there! It's all clean, sanitised and ready for you.
So many things you can do! Throw a line in the water, stroll or go for an energetic run along the beach with the ocean waves, visit the local wineries or grab a pint in the local watering hole in town. See the Cape Liptrap National Park vegetation, and Cape Liptrap Lighthouse (the windiest place in Australia!). Take a 4 minute drive in to town and check out the cafe's and other shops.
Choose a beach break to surf (Venus Bay has 5, the first with flags and lifesavers!) - and whilst you're there, choose a patch of beach to fish, relax and enjoy! The house is located between beaches 4 and 5.
Finally arrive back after a swim (or find the energy to get out of bed), grab some juice or think about going in to town for a real coffee & big breakfast (only 4 minutes away). Other than that, unwind or get active!
Downstairs can also be used as a large games rooms, with Table Tennis Table and many other board games to enjoy. Perfect for entertaining kids.

Visit the Venus Bay township (a 5 minute trip by car) for shopping, dining & coffee.
Visit the Lime Kilns of Walkerville.
Fish & Chips at the pier of Port Albert.
You Must make time to visit Cape Liptrap Lighthouse - Stand there and feel the force! The windiest place in Australia! The view is also SPECTACULAR, so make sure you don't forget the camera!
Take a self-guided bush walk among the tea-trees at Cape Liptrap Coastal Park.
Try your hand at Estuary fishing in the Tarwin River - You're sure to catch something!
