| Luxury well appointed apartments with panoramic views of Coull's Inlet. Coull Waters Holiday Apartments are centrally located within a two minute walk to the town centre, and just a few minutes from the beaches and boat ramps.
We have three tastefully presented apartments featuring an open living area upstairs, leading onto a private sunny balcony area offering with great water views. Private BBQ facilites and outdoor furniture for relaxed dining are also included. Downstairs comprises two bedrooms, a large open entry area, and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet.
We also offer a true disability and wheelchair friendly, three bedroom fully furnished luxury apartment. The complete disabled large bathroom and toilet area allows for wheelchair access up to shower chair / toilet.
There is a separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Reverse cycle air conditioning, colour TV, DVD, VCR, Playstation 2, wireless internet access, and fax and photocopying facilities are only a few of the extras available in our fully furnished, self catering apartments.
All bedding and linen provided (with the exception of beach towels).
Tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits are provided for your convenience.
Off street undercover car parking is available; we also have ample space for boats.

Downstairs comprises two bedrooms, a large open entry area, and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, with the second room having 2 single beds. A roll-in bed is available for a 5th person.

With the exception of the above-named holidays, rates are $135.00 per night with a minimum of 2 nights.

This apartment has three bedrooms, the main room having a queen bed, the two other rooms each having 2 single beds. The complete disabled large bathroom and toilet area allows for wheelchair access up to shower chair / toilet.
This apartment is at the front of the block and has no water views. It is a single storey apartment to accommodate the disabled.

Directions
|
| The sleepy coastal town of Mallacoota is itucked away close to the Victorian-NSW border in East Gippsland.
It is the last official township on the east coast before the border, and is set at the bottom of the extensive Mallacoota Inlet system and the Genoa and Wallagaraugh rivers just 23kms down the mountain from Genoa. The drive through the Croajingolong National Park is relaxing and picturesque.
To get to Mallacoota turn off the Princes Highway at Genoa onto the Genoa - Mallacoota Road. Coull Waters Holiday Apartments and Office is located at 31 Maurice Avenue, Mallacoota. Maurice Avenue is the main road coming into Mallacoota, and Coull Waters is on left approx 150 metres from the large roundabout just prior to the town centre.
V-Line offers a bus service 3 days per week from Bairnsdale, Vic.
