Welcome to Grandview Country Accommodation — a 4 star luxury, self–contained Bed and Breakfast retreat in the heart of the Atherton Tablelands on the Cairns Highlands — a scenic 70 minute drive from Cairns.

Grandview offers our guests the unique opportunity to experience the seclusion and privacy of self-contained luxury cottage-style accommodation combined with all the warmth and hospitality of a traditional Bed and Breakfast.

The three self-contained, individually themed cottage-style suites have been positioned for maximum privacy. Grandview guests can relax on their private decks and enjoy the 5 acres of award winning gardens offering abundant birdlife and wildlife and beautiful views of the Atherton Tablelands. Grandview are participants in the Australian Open Garden Scheme and Land for Wildlife with the gardens open to the public in April 2007.

At Grandview guests will notice the attention to detail and all the little extras including the daily country breakfast hamper featuring the best of the Atherton Tablelands produce; bath robes and personal toiletries; complimentary port and chocolates; undercover parking; TV, DVD/CD system with free movies; fully equipped kitchen and so much more that will make your holiday at Grandview enjoyable and relaxing.

From Grandview you can easily experience all the wonders of the Atherton Tablelands. Millaa Millaa village and Lookout (10 minutes from Grandview). The view from Millaa Millaa lookout epitomises the Atherton Tablelands – a patchwork of rolling green hills interspersed with stands of rainforest and the stunning beauty of the World Heritage listed Wooroonooran National Park. Enjoy the historic village of Millaa Millaa – browse through local crafts and souvenirs and you might even be tempted by the beauty of the opals. Hastie’s Swamp National Park (25 minutes from Grandview). A well–established bird watching area with approximately 150 recorded species and features an excellent all–weather hide for bird watching. Directions

Grandview is a scenic 70 minute drive from Cairns.

Travelling from Cairns via Gordonvale.
Take the Atherton Tablelands turnoff at Gordonvale. Travel 40 klms along the Gillies Highway and take the Malanda/Lake Eacham turnoff (turn left). Travel 12 klms to Malanda and take the Innisfail turnoff (turn left) . Travel 8 klms along the Malanda–Millaa Millaa Rd until you reach Tarzali. At Tarzali turn left into Hogan–Hosie Rd (Grandview B&B sign on the corner). Travel along Hogan–Hosie Rd and turn left into Hogan Rd (Grandview B&B sign on the corner). Travel approximately 300m along Hogan Rd and you will find Grandview on the right (Grandview B&B sign)

Travelling from Innisfail.
Take the Atherton Tablelands turnoff 5 klms north of Innisfail and travel 70 klms along the Palmerston Highway (through East Palmerston & Millaa Millaa ) until you reach Tarzali. At Tarzali turn right into Hogan–Hosie Rd (Grandview B&B sign on the corner). Travel along Hogan–Hosie Rd and turn left into Hogan Rd (Grandview B&B sign on the corner). Travel approximately 300m along Hogan Rd and you will find Grandview on the right. (Grandview B&B sign)
