This luxurously furnished studio-apartment ( 1 room, 30 sqm/ 322 sqf) is located in the very central and beautiful district of Harvestehude.The apartment is very close to the large Outer Alster lake in the city center, which is a sailing and rowing paradise and surrounded by promenade parks. Many shops and restaurants are in the area, mostly at the shopping street “Eppendorfer Baum”, which is 500 yards from the apartment. A subway station and different bus stops are also 500 yards away. Hamburg´s city center is two subway stops away from the apartment. Hamburg´s famous tennis center “Am Rothenbaum” as well as Hamburg university are in walking distance. The apartment has a high tensile steel, fully equipped pantry kitchen, a queensize bed, bathroom with tub and separate shower, Cable-TV, DVD, Stereo and highspeed internet access and telephone. Free underground parking is provided. |
