| Our property provides you with peace and privacy among the beauty of unspoilt nature but with all you might want close by. Guests have exclusive use of most of the private grounds of the Quinta which has 4500m2. The large, covered pool means the water is warm enough for you to swim from April to November. Beautiful gardens, an elegant conservatory and play area can be enjoyed all year round – as are the sauna and massages, both of which can be booked for a supplement.
The house is on one floor, and consists of two apartments, 'Geranium' and 'Jasmin'. Each has two bedrooms, reception room, and patio with barbecue, and can sleep 4 to 6 people. They can combined as one unit, 'Casa Grande', for parties of up to 12 people when rented as a whole; an elegant conservatory can be accessed from the house and is a cozy retreat for the cooler months. |

| With a private semi-covered pool, beautiful grounds with play area, close to the beach and the many attractions of Cascais, Lisbon and Sintra, these houses offer an ideal setting for a perfect holiday in a rural setting, yet within easy reach of the many attractions of the area.
Being in a natural park, it is in the path of many beautiful trails and in particular the marked 'Atlantic route', 30km long. We can assist you if you wish to organize a walking holiday. Other nature sports are readily available, such as mountain biking, snorkeling and climbing.
Locally, there are 4 local cinema complexes reachable within 10 min, as are two shopping centres.
Six of Portugal’s best golf courses are within a 15 minute drive, offering new and surprising landscapes, along with first class services and facilities.

Directions

| Less than 2 hours flight from most European cities and 7 from New York, the house can be reached by car or taxi from Lisbon Airport in 30 minutes.Taxis are cheap, and there is a good bus system from the village, but to get the best out of your holiday we advise car hire.
The house is ideally situated in a rural setting, 3km from the world-famous Guincho beach. This is an ideal location for nature lovers, being in the Sintra-Cascais protected Natural Park where building is very restricted. There is good walking, with marked trails. The motorway is only 4km away, making Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra accessible in under 30 minutes.
The village of Malveira da Serra is 5 minutes walk away, with its shops and good restaurants. The village retains its traditional charm.
Guincho beach, world renowned for its surfing, is 3km away. Many other sandy beaches are close by.
Cascais is 10 minutes away, Sintra 15 minutes, and Lisbon 30 minutes;m any other world class cultural and historic sites make a nice day trip. |
