| Beautiful 30 acre property in the lovely Daintree River valley - tropical gardens, fruit trees, a large wetlands-dam, rainforest and easy walking tracks.
Three very private self-contained, air-conditioned bungalows each overlooking the wetlands-dam, no passing traffic, no television or telephones to disturb the peace and quiet. Children under 12 are not catered for. The bungalows have a queen-size bed, convertible sofa for one extra adult, microwave, cooktop, fridge, also air-conditioner and ceiling fan. There is a small CD player and selection of gentle music CDs for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Guests receive a daily breakfast basket of home-grown tropical fruits, juice, cereals, home-made marmalade and locally-grown coffee and tea.
There is a barbeque area and heated jacuzzi spa. Barbeque packs and also pasta meals are available for guests to prepare themselves.
Peace and privacy in a secluded tropical retreat, yet handy to all the visitor attractions of this most beautiful part of tropical north Queensland. Resident hosts will respect your privacy but are always available to care for your needs.

| Daintree Village - 10 minute drive to Daintree River crocodile- or bird-spotting river cruises; coffee shop, restaurants and artists' galleries; 4WD Argo Tours; Horse-rides
Cape Tribulation - under one hour. A spectacular drive through the rainforest; walks; lovely beaches; environmental centre and artist's studios
Daintree to Mossman - pristine beaches, horseriding along the sands, tropical fruit farm, golf-course, Diane Cilento’s world-famous Karnak Playhouse
Mossman - 30 minutes to a spectacular river with swimming holes, self-guided walks or interpretive walks with an Aboriginal guide through Daintree National Park and sugar mill tours during the June-to-November cane-crushing season
Port Douglas - 45 minutes to this famous resort town with it's many shops and restaurants; day cruises to the Great Barrier Reef and the award-winning Rainforest Habitat Wildlife Sanctuary
Atherton Tablelands - one-and-a-half hours (lakes and waterfalls, farming country; wetlands reserve; coffee plantations)
