Cascade Manor is situated in a secluded corner of the Cape Winelands. Its classic white facade is surrounded by stately cypress trees, exotic palms, olive groves and a vineyard. You will experience warm hospitality and a flexible attitude to accommodating the different guests, Your hosts are Maika and Volker Goetze, the resident chef. Pre-booked dinners at the guest house showcase fresh local produce. The luxurious Manor House has five double rooms with twin and king size beds, 3 suites and a family room. One of the classic rooms is wheelchair accessible. All rooms are air-conditioned and have an ensuite bathrooms. Relax on the terrace which overlooks the pool or stroll to the nearby waterfall.

Things To Do

In the middle of three wine routes, Cascade Manor is perfectly placed for visting vinyards and enjoying wine tasting and cellar tours only minutes away. There are two signature golf courses a short drive away for the golfing enthusiast and many walking and hiking routes, some of which start at Cascade Manor. The Paarl Mountain reserve has breathtaking views and horse riding, bird viewing and fishing are easily arranged. Paarl itself only a ten minute drive away has many historic buildings and is home to the Paarl Language Monument. Cascade Manor olive and olive oil tasting takes place on the majestic terrace of the Manor House Monday - Saturday at 10.00 a.m.

Directions

Take the N1 out of Cape Town
Travel past the Paarl exit and turn left at Exit 62 on to Sonstraal Road
Travel 2.5km on Sonstraal Road then turn right on to Swavelstert Road
Travel 1.7km then turn right on to Waterval Road (dirt road)
Travel 2.3km until you see the Cascade Manor gate - turn left here
