Property Description

 
The self catering accommodation is offered in the peaceful environment of the Diamond Way Buddhist Centre in Camps Bay. It has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms are for couples and the 3rd one is a communal bedroom that can sleep up to 6). The centre is 10 minutes walk to the beach and the ideal location for that much needed getaway. It presents a homely atmosphere and is ideal for all holiday makers and travelers who are seeking peace, spiritual wellbeing and relaxation.
Shuttle service (airport & tours) from R190 (up to 2 persons and big groups also welcome – prices on request). Breakfast can also be prepared for a small fee (your own food provided).
The centre is cleaned twice a week and personal laundry can be washed, dried and folded by Ethel for a small fee of about R40. We have a garden, a terrace with outside table and chairs, a pool, sun lounges, a hammock and grilling facilities. There are no TV’s, we do have a fireplace, meditation area, a library and a communal CD/Radio Player. We have internet wireless available (included within your accommodation).
Meditations are held every Wednesday from 6pm-8pm. Important information regarding our centre is that it functions through unpaid, voluntary work on the basis of friendship, idealism and is under the spiritual guidance of Lama Ole Nydahl.
