Quinta das Uvas
Anne and Nick would like to welcome you to bed & breakfast in our pretty Algarve country cottage just an 8 minute drive to the old Moorish capital of Silves.

We have one lovely double en-suite bedroom and our guests will have breakfast on the terrace under the vine or, if the weather is having a rare dip - in your private dining room.

In spring and summer of course you'll probably have breakfast outside on the terrace under the vine....but if that doesn't suit or the weather isn't quite as perfect as it usually is, then you can relax in your own private dining room.
We only take two guests in one double room and so you are guaranteed a peaceful stay in this Algarve B&B cottage.

Inside the cottage is cosy and comfortable ...( and warm in winter, with a roaring log fire ...we don't do cold!) ...so you can make this you all year round bed and breakfast destination in the Algarve.

There is an enclosed courtyard and you can also, weather permitting, use the small swimming pool.

This is the perfect B&B cottage for those who want to explore the real Algarve.... for walking holidays, bird watching, cycling or just relaxing.
There is free wifi.

Close to the long distance Algarve Way walking route and perfect for short walks in the countryside - we can advise where to go.

We live in an adjacent cottage and in the B&B cottage - Casa Velha - have one double letting bedroom, with a comfortable double bed and own en-suite shower-room.

The room has a ceiling fan (and radiator in winter ) but we must point out that as this is a traditional Algarvian longhouse, with walls up to 2ft thick, it keeps its cool in the summer and warm in the winter...you'll rarely need the fan.

You can use the kitchen to make your tea and coffee...squeeze orange juice..or prepare a G 'n T if that's more your taste!

For most days from April to October breakfast is served on our beautiful terrace underneath the vine.
We offer a full continental breakfast with fresh fruit, breads, cheese, local honey and so on - you won't go out for the day hungry!

And for a small extra charge we are also delighted to prepare a packed lunch for guests.
We have a menu to suit all tastes - including wine or beer to make it a proper Algarve picnic.

The lounge has sat tv, radio and CD player - and guests are welcome to relax here.
We also have lots of books, board games etc that you are welcome to use.

Guests who visit this peaceful location are usually looking for somewhere to switch off - and it couldn't fit the bill better for that.
But it is also a fantastic location for those who want to walk or cycle in the stunning countryside.

Quinta das Uvas really is a home from home in a beautiful part of the Algarve and we look forward to welcoming you to join us for a relaxing stay in our very own little piece of paradise.

As we offer our B & B clients a quiet place to contemplate and relax we are sorry to say that we don't accept children on our Bed & Breakfast basis.
