| At Ancinnes you will find a wooded fishing lake and tennis courts, mountain bike trails and walking routes. Close by there are riding stables, golf, miniature golf, bowling, canoe-kayak, an aquatic centre, medieval towns and villages, chateaux and gardens.
Bordering Lower Normandy and the Sarthe, this is an ideal base from which to explore the Alpes Mancelles to the west; the Orne and Pays d'Auge to the north; the Saösnois, Marollais and the Perche park to the east; and Pays de la Loire to the south. |

The Blue room has two generous single beds. When used in conjunction with the White room, these two rooms together make an ideal family suite.

The Red Room faces south east and is the largest of the three guest rooms; it has an en-suite bathroom (bath with shower) and separate toilet.
It is separated from the other two rooms by the guest salon.
The room has a double bed and can be equipped with an additional, full-size folding bed if necessary, creating a family room for three.
