Spider's End Cottage is surrounded by nearly 2 acres of garden. Built in c.1670 it has undergone changes but it firmly retains its old world charm. Lots of original wooden beams and original stone features, restored as appropriate by local craftsmen and local materials, ensure that Spider's End is a visual treat and a wonderful surprise for the imagination!
This cottage has been designed by people whose starting point was "What would we like to find in a holiday cottage?" And no effort was spared in creating this wish list.
Within the beautifully landscaped gardens which is home to a variety of birds, including peacocks and doves, you will have the use of our relaxing garden spa. The fully-heated luxury spa is set in a Scandinavian style wooden building which has wonderful views of the Somerset countryside. The Spa is just the thing to enjoy after a day or sightseeing in Wells or walking in the Mendip Hills.
