Knightcote Farm Cottages are positioned amongst 600 acres of beautiful Warwickshire farmland encompassing an impressive antique tractor collection, an orchard carp lake and farm trails where you can wander endlessly spotting badgers, deer, butterflies and birds whilst enjoying the outstanding views of the landscape and the Burton Dassett Hills beyond.
The five cottages have been lovingly restored and adapted from 17th Century barns, an old milking parlour and a grain store to provide ‘Five Star’ luxury self-catering cottages. In the comfortable and relaxing sitting rooms are TV’s, Videos and DVD’s (in some cottages) and a large range of board games, puzzles and books. Feel at home in our spacious bespoke fully equipped solid oak or ash kitchens with dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, with the added bonus of chilled wine, freshly arranged flowers and home-made cake to greet you on arrival.
For pure indulgence, end your day on exquisite French antique or country pine beds with pocket sprung mattresses, and soft cotton sheets whilst enjoying the fantastic paintings and colour co-ordinated rooms designed by our interior designer. Awake and be freshened by the high pressure showers in our lovely bathrooms with fluffy towels and bathmats.

All the cottages at Knightcote Farm Cottages and Arbor Holiday cottages are situated near the farm house at New House Farm, Knightcote, Southam, Leamington Spa Warwickshire, CV47 2EQ. We are just five minutes from junction 12 off the M40.
Turn right towards Bishops Itchington (2 miles/3.2km). On reaching Bishops Itchington turn right for Knightcote (1 mile/2.4 km).
On entering the village turn right to Knightcote Farm Cottages just as the road turns sharply to the left into Knightcote
