| La Roseraie is a typical French country house offering chambre d'hote bed and breakfast in Brittany and self contained, self catering accommodation, situated on the outskirts of a charming Breton village - Saint Brieuc de Mauron. It is surrounded by open countryside of gently rolling hills , dotted with tiny hamlets. It is an ideal area for touring, cyclists and walkers alike with La Voie Verte (green route) starting at Mauron and finishing at Questembert - a distance of 53 km. The circuit de Randonnee Pedestre (walkers route) is 16 km and takes in the picturesque area around the Lac au Duc at Ploermel; the largest natural lake in Brittany with its safe sandy beach and wonderful watersports, golf and fishing facilities.
For those wishing to go further afield, it has excellent access to the main routes accross Brittany enableing an easy drive to beautiful beaches and major cities such as Vannes, Rennes etc; small towns of immense charm and character - such as Josselin, with its magnificent chateau and Malestroit, with its ancient architecture and stunning waterways; villages like Trehorenteuc and Concoret in the area of the forest of Broceliande - famous for its Arthurien legends ........ so much to discover and all within an hours drive.

Now available and ready to rent is a one bedroomed self contained apartment which is situauted on the first floor with lovely views of the surrounding countryside comprising of a lounge/diner room with kitchenette area, double bedroom with seperate shower room with WC and wash basin.
The apartment is accessed from the ground floor and completely private, ideal for 2 people who don't want the expense and large facilities of a gite, visiting friends in the area who haven't room to accommodate you, or for househunting in the local region.
The apartment offers flexible living accommodation - with full use of the gardens and grounds and is an ideal base from which to explore central Brittany and beyond. The apartment is newly fully furnished and equipped; all bed linen and towels are provided; laundry facilities are available within the main chambre d'hote at small additional cost.
| Room Rate
Rental charge for the apartment is 30 Euro's per day (all inclusive) minimum 3 days letting period. Included in the rental cost is a welcome pack of essential items for your first night's stay and following morning's breakfast, a full list of these can be sent on request
