We live right next door and are there for you at all times.
The Nest is situated in one of Christchurch’s most loved hill suburbs and set in native bush with views from the living areas of our Estuary, Sea and Mountains beyond
This standalone home is also available for rental as a Holiday Home.

The Nest is built on three levels with extensive decking, for maximum enjoyment of its hillside setting. Extensive use of natural timber adds to the warmth of this standalone private home.

There is a lot of inside and outside living space for total relaxation.

All this only 15 minutes drive from the Centre of Christchurch,
and only two minutes walk to a bus stop.
The neighbourhood is quiet and safe.
We have easy access garage parking for two cars.
The Nest has TV, stereo, video and BBQ.
We are very close to Christchurch’s best beaches with excellent cafes and restaurants, Lyttelton Harbour, The Gondola and hillside walks with
breathtaking views to the Southern Alps
Tranquil and secure.

The Nest is a great place to relax. We are 7 minutes drive from the best beach in Christchurch. We are 15 minutes drive from the centre of Christchurch, with all it's attraction.

"Fantail" room
The "Fantail' room is ensuite with a queen bed (and a single bed)		Room Rate
NZ$ 120 per night for two persons including full breakfast
"Kingfisher"
The "Kingfisher" has a quuen bed and it's own private bathroom 2 steps away.		Room Rate
NZ$ 105 for two persons including full breakfast
"Waxeye"
The "Waxeye" has twin beds and it's own private bathroom		Room Rate
NZ$ 95 per night for two persons including full breakfast

Directions

Kindly drive East on Ferry Road that becomes Main Road towards Sumner.
Turn right into McCormacks Bay Road
then right again into Soleares Avenue, and Toledo Place is of that on the right.
