| This spacious self-catering holiday villa with a beautiful garden, sparkling pool and, sleeps up to 8 people. The villa is only a few minutes drive to the beach of Hout Bay, the harbor and the village boasting with trendy restaurants and many shops. The spacious lounge has enormous sliding doors, offering breathtaking sea and mountain views, leading you onto the garden and pool. Homely open plan lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas, African art, funky colored walls, TV and a library of interesting books to read.Fully equipped spacious kitchen with all modern appliances and a African/Moroccan tea corner. 3 spacious double bedrooms on the ground floor(main en-suite)and a loft room upstairs. The master bedroom is incredibly spacious, with very large walk-in-wardrobe, dressing table and couch. The bedroom leads onto the veranda with mountain views during the day and romantic city lights at night. Two bathrooms are leading from this main bedroom, one with bath and one with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, warm colored walls and a reading corner. The third bedroom has a double bed and all three bedrooms offer lovely mountain views. Upstairs is a cozy loft room with 2 single beds, and the most amazing views!
Secure pretty drive way with pepper trees (behind remote controlled gate) leads to garage and plenty of 'off street' parking.
