| Park Place Bed & Breakfast is a grand, lovingly restored century home, in the Queen Ann Revival style, designated in 1980 as a Canadian historical landmark in Niagara Falls. It was the estate of William Doran, a local 1800's entrepreneur.
We have restored the exterior and decorated and re-styled the interior to set up an ambiance which blends the romance of the Victorian era with the comfort of today's lifestyle.
Pamper yourself in one of our luxurious spa suites; The Queen Ann Suite or The Prince of Wales Suite. Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast served to your suite or by candlelight in the restored dining room.
Park Place is close enough to the Falls to walk or shuttle, but far enough away to be removed from the hustle and bustle of the park. We are situated in the midst of the theatre and wine districts of the Niagara Region.
Your hosts, Carolyn and Gary strive to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We will assist you in any way we can, whether it be helping to plan your day of sightseeing, greeting you at the bus station, or simply sitting down for a chat. Our goal is to make your visit an unforgettable experience of warmth, elegance and old-fashioned charm.

|  | CARRIAGE HOUSE SUITE
This loft-style apartment features it's own private entrance and foyer. An Arts & Craft-style staircase leads to a full kitchen, a large bed-sitting room (with a king size bed, gas fireplace that looks like a woodstove, sofa and cable tv,) and a bathroom with a 5' personal-size Jacuzzi tub and brass hand shower.
The high, sloped ceilings, wainscoting, and original plank flooring give this spacious suite a cosy , romantic feeling.
Guests in the Carriage House also have the choice of having a full breakfast brought to the suite , or dining in the Oak Room in the house .Children welcome in this suite, but must be arranged for ahead( any age).

| | PRINCE OF WALES SUITE
This very regal 'Tuscan-style' suite has a large bedroom with a private balcony, where breakfast can be enjoyed. The comfortable, massive,four poster bed sits on a rich red oriental carpet.
The antique French armoir houses the TV, CD/DVD/VHS players. Tinted mirrors surround the faux marble fireplace, which is original to the home ( 1880's).
The cedar and tiled bathroom features a large, personal whirlpool tub, a roomy, tiled walk in shower, a private sauna, and a double sink vanity.
A cot can be added to this suite for an extra person.

| | QUEEN ANN SUITE
Newly constructed in 2004, this gorgeous suite is comprised of two large rooms, with a separate wc room within the bathroom.The walk in shower is roomy and has a rain shower head and a hand shower.
The large personal therapeutic MAAX tub has extra back and neck jets.
The fireplace looks over the tub, which sits on a heated marble floor.
The chandelier over the bath can be dimmed, and the brass wall sconces are
original to the home ( 1880's).
The vessel sink has been put into a marble topped antique vanity.
The bedroom features a very comfortable, solid mahogany, four posted , king bed,on a beautiful Oriental carpet; Cable TV, DVD, VHS player, and table and chairs, small refrigerator.
One or Two Adults Only.

Take hwy 401 to hwy Q.E.W. Niagara
In Niagara Falls the highway splits.
Stay left Take the exit for Hwy 420 labelled, "Bridge to USA"
Take Hwy 420 to the Falls
At Stanley Ave. (the first set of lights), turn left.
At Bridge St (4th light) turn right
Proceed to River Road and turn right.
Park Place Bed & Breakfast is on River Road at Ellis Avenue.
From Northeast US
Take US 90 West towards Buffalo, New York
In greater Buffalo you should then take exit #53
Sign for Exit 53 also says Bridge to Canada & US 190 North
Drive approx. 8 miles and then take exit # 9 to Peace Bridge
Cross Peace Bridge into Canada
Take hwy Q.E.W. Toronto/Niagara (Queen Elizabeth Way)
Drive approximately 18 miles to Niagara Falls
Take Hwy 420 to the Falls

At Bridge St (4th light) turn right
Proceed to River Road and turn right.
