| Troodos House is set beautifully on the mountain side, bordering on a forest and with it's own large indigenous garden, with magnificent mountain and valley views. The main house has four en-suite double bedrooms, all with full picture windows with unobstructed views, overlooking our unique rim flow pool. The rooms all have sliding doors, leading on to the two large pool decks and have ceiling fans. The fully equipped self catering cottages feature French doors which open onto the patio and garden, with its panoramic views. |

| Directions from Cape Town International Airport:
Take N2 to Cape Town. Take M3 exit No 6 to the left for Kirstenbosch. You will pass The University of Cape Town on your right hand side. At the first, and only, Traffic light that you come to since leaving the Airport, turn right M63 Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and follow this road pass Kirstenbosch Gardens on your right. Until you come to a T- Junction. Turn right sign says M63 Hout Bay, Constantia Neck and follow this road to the Constantia Neck Traffic Circle. Miss the first turn off (you go ¾ around the circle.) Follow The sign M63 Hout Bay Main Road. Going down this road you will pass Dorman Way (Oakhurst Farm Park/Kwickspar on your left). Turn left Up Hughenden Road, 100 metres up, turn left into Whittlers Way, proceed up and turn right at the first road Cherry Laan. Go up this short road to the T-Junction, this is Plumtree Avenue. Turn left go straight for 100 m and turn right into Troodos House driveway, No. 8.
