Things To Do
|
| The Crow's Nest is situated close to all the attractions of this wonderful corner of Western Australia. The house overlooks beautiful, safe swimming beaches and world-renowned surf breaks. A lovely public golf course (kangaroos up close and personal guaranteed!) is five minutes' drive away. Most of the wineries, galleries and cafes can be reached within 15 minutes' scenic drive. Visit the Harry-Potterish, mysterious Boranup Forest, 20 km south, then pop into the Boranup Gallery to see gorgeous wood work and local products. Then on to picturesque Hamelin Bay for fishing, safe swimming or scenic coastal walks. Visitors should allow four nights to properly experience and appreciate the magic that is Margaret River. |

Directions
|
| At Margaret River town, drive to the top of the hill at the south end of town. Turn right into Wallcliffe Road. This road lead to Prevelly and Gnarabup. The beach house is 11 km from this point. After travelling 5.2 km, turn left at the Caves Road T-junction, then immediately right (about 30 metres on) and continue to head west for another 4.9 km. Ignore the turnoff to the right, to the river mouth/caravan park/general store. Continue on Wallcliffe, then turn left into Reidle Drive. It’s at the top of a short, steep hill. The Crow's Nest and Cottage are almost directly ahead, on the top street.
Access Baudin Drive by taking the right option at the Y-intersection 125 metres down Reidle, and turning left at the top of the hill. The address is 53 Baudin Drive, and there's a sign “The Crows Nest” at the top of the block.
