| Prat Long is a 19th century stone built house, nestling in the Cerou river valley at the edge of the Gresigne Forest. The stunning medieval hilltop town of Cordes-sur-Ciel is 5kms from the property, where all the local amenities can be found.
At Prat Long you can relax and enjoy your surroundings in comfortable accommodation with a homely atmosphere.
It is ideally placed for short and long breaks in autumn, winter, spring or summer.
Hayloft gite, is situated on the first floor of Prat Long.
It consists of two comfortable and bright bedrooms, one double and one twin: a shower room, a second WC, a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances and a large open plan sitting/dining room and balcony. A private entrance, a terrace and a large parking area.
The guest bedroom in the house, has a south facing aspect with a view over the fields to Cordes-sur-Ciel. The original fireplace has been retained in the room and it has an en-suite shower room with a large shower, a basin with a mirror above, and a toilet. There is a standard sized double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a chair. A tea and coffee tray is provided.
For couples travelling together, staying in the gîte is an option, if it is available, for the two bedrooms, large shower room and the second toilet.
The house and gite are suitable for all seasons as there is central heating throughout the property and in addition a modern woodburning stove in the gite and large fireplace in the house.
It’s peaceful surroundings make it a wonderful place for photographers, painters, walkers, naturalists and ornithologists.

Also nearby are facilities for tennis, fishing, rock climbing, cycling, canoeing and kayaking, sailing, quad-biking, horse and donkey rides, swimming at indoor and outdoor swimming pools or the rivers, and there golf courses near Gaillac and Albi.

There are two comfortable bedrooms situated off the tiled hallway, one double and one twin, each fitted with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a mirror, a bedside table, a chair and two bedside rugs.
Across the hall is the modern shower room, which has a large corner shower with sliding doors, a towel rail, a cupboard with mirrored doors above the basin, a toilet and two wooden stools. The separate cloakroom has a toilet and hand basin.

| The location of Prat Long is ideal for exploring an area famous for its vineyards and sunflowers, the numerous medieval hilltop villages and towns, the picturesque river gorges and spectacular views.
Prat Long is situated 5kms north of Cordes-sur-Ciel on the D600 towards St Antonin Noble Val. The towns of Albi and Gaillac are 30Kms to the south. There are many hilltop towns and villages, set in amazing scenery such as St Antonin Noble Val, Penne, Bruniquel and Najac in the Aveyron Gorge.
The A20 motorway(exit 59)is 45Kms to the north and the A68(exit9)from Toulouse is 35Kms to the south. Toulouse and Rodez airports are about 100Kms away.
