| The Bobbin Mill is a unique conversion of a 200 year old mill and offers truly comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to eight people. In an idyllic location on the banks of the River Earn, the Mill is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty a mile from the picturesque village of Comrie. The setting and the standard of the accommodation offered, combined with the beauty and convenience of the area make the Bobbin Mill a truly special place to visit.
The Mill is a home from home for our guests, and it is furnished and equipped with that in mind.
* The kitchen and dining room are the hub of the house making cooking and eating wonderfully social. * After dinner, relax in the living room with its wonderful river view and cosy wood burning stove, before retiring to bed. * The four bedrooms are simply yet stylishly furnished and have very comfortable beds, made up for your visit with fresh, crisply ironed linen, complete with a set of fluffy towels for each guest. * There are an accommodating number of bathrooms - three in all - one on each floor so housemates don't have to queue!

* The local lanes and roads are wonderful for biking and there are plenty off-road tracks to suit the more adventurous.
* Golf is a way of life in Perthshire and there are over 30 courses in the county ranging from our own local 9 hole course to the world-class championship courses at Gleneagles, a half hour's drive away.
* Comrie itself is a typically friendly Scottish village with a good range of shops, bars, tearooms and restaurants and is an ideal location for exploring the Scottish Highlands.
* Perth, Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow are also easy trips. |

Directions
| Approaching from Stirling, leave the A9 at the Braco/Greenloaning turn-off and continue through Braco. Turn left on to the B827 or you can go the slightly longer route via Crieff A822 & A85. Both routes are well sign-posted. If you come into Comrie on the B827, cross the Dalginross bridge and turn left to Crianlarich. Coming from Perth/Crieff, just continue straight through the village. As you are leaving the village, you will see the Ross Bridge on your left which is a picturesque hump backed bridge. Cross it and immediately turn right, signposted to Dalchonzie. Follow the road for about 3/4 mile and you will see the Bobbin Mill on your right. The parking space is before it. If you reach the fish farm you have gone too far.
Approaching from Crianlarich/Lochearnhead on the A85 look for the hump backed Ross Bridge on your right as you enter the village, cross it and follow the directions as above.
