| With a delightful country ambience, Awatere Bed & Breakfast offers quality country style acommodation in a beautiful garden setting, close to and on a direct route to both Christchurch city and airport. Located in the heart of picturesque Ohoka Village, Awatere B&B has a spacious and private queen room with ajoining ensuite for you to unwind and relax in. For your added comfort and enjoyment all bedding is 100% cotton and towels thick fluffy. Facilities include a conservatory overlooking the garden, a spacious lounge/dining room, a reading nook, on-site parking, air conditioning and tea/coffee making for guests.
On arrival, relax with a welcoming cup of tea, coffee or a glass of wine and weather permitting, stroll around the garden and enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the conservatory.
Awatere is ideal accommodation for singles, couples, family and groups and is located close to local restaurants in Kaiapoi and Rangiora.

Queen bed in a spacious and private room. The Lavender Room, with or without the addition of a single bed, can be used together with the Rose Room for couples and family groups. Guests share ensuite facilites - shower, bath, toilet and vanity.

South from Christchurch - on S.H. 1, turn off at the Ohoka/Oxford Tram Rd exit (just over the Waimakariri Bridge), then left into Tram Rd. Turn right into Jacksons Rd (6th road on right), continue to end of Jacksons Rd and left into Mill Rd. Awatere B&B is approximately 1km on the right, behind the pine hedge. Look for name on letterbox on left hand side of the road.
North – on S.H.1, take the Kaiapoi/Rangiora exit (just over the Kaiapoi River Bridge). Turn right onto Ohoka Rd and follow the signs to Ohoka, turning left into Mill Rd at road sign. Awatere B&B is approximately 4.8kms on the right, behind the pine hedge. Look for name on letterbox on left hand side of the road.
