Our grande suite is located on the ground floor and offers the ultimate in luxury living covering more than 90 square metres. The spacious open-plan layout features a designer kitchen with black marble top dining counter, a separate dining area that seats 6 people and a large lounge area with a fireplace that leads onto two adjacent balconies overlooking the swimming pool and garden area. This is the only suite that offers all DSTV channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a five plate hob with eyelevel oven, large fridge/freezer and microwave oven.

Ideal for romantic encounters, the master bedroom features a king size bed with a stand-alone signature bath. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower.

This is the largest of our Classic Suites, located on the first floor and features a separate lounge/kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom, ideal for families. This Suite can sleep up to four as it has a king size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper couch in the lounge. • Directions to get there From Airport:

•Take the N2 towards Cape Town.
•Remain on the Right hand side of the highway following signs for Cape Town / Waterfront.
•Continue on High Level Road and turn right onto Avenue Normandie and follow the signs for Kloof Road.
•Turn left onto Kloof Road and drive until you see a sign for "Quendon Road" to the Right.
•Follow Quendon Road in a horse-shoe shape and you will find Ashmore House on your left hand side
•(4 Quendon Rd) with signage on the road and a Greek and South African flag flying in the wind!
•We are a 5 minutes drive from The V&A Waterfront, 20 minutes drive from Cape Town International Airport.
