| Relax in the peace and tranquility that is an integral part of the rural Constantia Valley. Waterford is set in an acre of indigenous garden with stunning mountain views.
Enjoy farm style, country living close to all the amenities and tourist attractions that the beautiful Cape has to offer. Located just minutes from Table Mountain National Park, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, pristine beaches, shopping malls, restaurants, gym, golf courses, wine farms and medical centres, 20 minutes from Cape Town airport and the City Center.
Waterford has a large solar heated swimming pool with patio and BBQ area for guests use. The flats are serviced daily with the exception of public holidays and Sundays. Bed linen and bath towels are provided but we do ask our guests to please provide their own beach towels. There are fans and wall heaters in the flats. A babysitting service, laundry service and secure parking is available. We also offer a grocery stock up service, guests pay as per till slip.

Guinea Fowl is our large 80m² self catering garden flat, sleeping 1-4, with private entrance and secure parking. It has magnificent mountain views and direct acess to both garden and pool. It has an open plan lounge dining area with fireplace, a kitchenette, separate bedroom with queensize bed, full bathroom and separate shower room. There are bunk beds in the lounge which may be split into 2 single beds. A cot is available for babies. The unit is fully equiped for self catering with fridge/ freezer, microwave, mini-oven, kettle, toaster, Mini Safe, etc. Guinea Fowl has Internet/ WiFi access and a TV with full Satellite DSTV, DVD & VCR.

"Padda Plek" is a 30m² one bedroomed unit. Compact but comfortable and fully equipped for self-catering with fridge/freezer, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, kettle etc. It has a private separate entrance, open plan lounge/kitchen, separate bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The unit has a TV, full Satellite DSTV, DVD player and Wifi internet access and lockable safe.

"Sunbird" is our spacious 35m² Bed and Breakfast suite. It has a private entrance with secure parking, a garden aspect and mountain views, spacious bedroom with queen size bed, dressing area and full en suite bathroom. There is a bar fridge, toaster and tea/coffee facilities (but no kitchen). Sunbird has full Satellite DSTV, DVD and internet connection.

Directions

| Directions from Cape Town airport (approx. 25 min drive)
From airport, follow traffic signs for N2 towards Cape Town (right hand lane).
At the foot of Table Mountain the N2 splits, take the left hand fork, exit 6, onto the M3 towards Muizenberg.
Stay on this dual carriageway M3, until exit 16 for Ladies Mile. Take this exit.
Turn left at the traffic lights, then left again just before the next set of lights (it's a yield for left turns).
You should now be on Spaanschemat River Rd (M42).
After 1.8kms, turn right into Welbeloond Rd. Then turn second right into Balsillie Way. "Waterford" is the second house on the left with a large number 10 on white garage doors.
