Broad Bay House has an outstanding coastal location just 15 minutes drive from Stornoway. The house overlooks a fantastic beach, and there is direct access to the shore.

There are 4 spacious luxury guest bedrooms, all equipped to Visit Scotland 5 star standards, including one superbly designed for disabled access (category 1 accessible). Other guest facilities include free internet access, laundry, library and excellent breakfast and dinner in the fully glazed dining room overlooking the bay.

Purpose designed and built, the house is based on a traditional island design, equipped and decorated to a modern contemporary style. Soft colours, natural woods, and sympathetic furnishing provide a relaxing environment. A highlight of the house is the large dining/lounge area, which has a vaulted ceiling and windows on three sides all providing lovely views of the coast, and a solid fuel stove makes life cosy when the weather demands.
