Good parking. Guests describe our home as having a warmth far beyond temperature! Central location, Close to Botanical Gardens, University of Otago, Knox College, city centre and Community Hospice. Arden St House has an interesting, arty and quirky décor. Open fire in winter and guests piano. Bedrooms have character and are themed and are warm, large and sunny, with views. All bedrooms have excellent beds and bedding, TV, heater, electric blankets and hairdryers. Wake each morning to the sound of birdsong, lovely garden. Modern bathrooms and ensuite. Your host Joyce hosts social dinners - a great way to meet 'the locals' using produce from her organic garden.
