The closest Rome’s metro stop, served by straight bus, is only 2.5 miles from the villa, which is also well linked with the Roman freeways and airports: from Fiumicino you can be at the accommodation in 40 minutes, from Ciampino in 20 minutes.

Spacious two floor house of 2.580 sq. ft., with 2/3 acre private lawn and five cozy bedrooms, planned by a reputed architect. Situated in the core of the Roman Castles' Natural Park, in a gated vicinity open only to residents, this accommodation is perfect for those who search for a fresh location close to Rome, with the conveniences of a detached home with large lawn and double door garage.
Very pleasant fresh climate even in the hottest periods.
With its five bedrooms, in the villa there is room for 8 persons and 1 child in a small bed.
The very ample lounge is furnished with fireplace, LCD stereo 16/9 TV, DVD/DivX player, DVD movies in English and French, Hi-Fi.
The large veranda, provided with roller sun screen and full outdoor furnishings, is great for enjoying the cool Roman countryside while preparing the renowned regional specialties on the barbecue.
At your disposition there is also a kitchen provided with fridge, freezer, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
In the villa are disponible an ample study and three bathrooms.
The accommodation is equipped with washer, hairdryer, iron/ironing board.
Bed sheets and bathroom towels are provided.
Daily price 1-4 pax: Euros 110; 5 pax: Euros 120; 6 pax: Euros 130; 7 pax: Euros 140; 8-9 pax: Euros 150. 10% rebate for stays longer than 3 weeks.
Prices are all inclusive, and taxes and payment commissions are included: NO EXTRAS, NO TRANSACTION FEES, FINAL CLEANING INCL. Rates are intended per night, not per person. Changeover day at your choice; minimum stay: usually one week.
The accommodation is situated by Ariccia, a nice ancient town in the outskirts of Rome planned by Bernini. Its renowned Chigi Palace and the unique view over Rome and the Roman countryside make it an international tourist attraction since the last two centuries. This excellent position lets you to stay in a fresh spacious house in a Natural Park, and get to Rome in minutes by metro or the ample quick freeways; the closest metro stop, served by straight bus, is only 2.5 miles from the villa.
And to get to the busy downtown Rome is not inconvenient: the quick and straightforward freeways will bring you to the Palatine or the Colosseum in around 35 minutes, without having to worry about car admission and parking.
The house is also well-situated by the main sites around Rome: in 5-10 minutes you are at the renowned lakes of Albano and Nemi, at the papal residence of Castel Gandolfo, at the panoramic Rocca di Papa, at Frascati and at the ancient city of Tuscolo. In 30 minutes you can get to the ancient Palestrina, to the fashion outlet of Valmontone and the Roman beach, whereas in 45 minutes you can go to Villa Adriana, Villa d’Este and the beach of Anzio.
Ariccia is also well-known in Rome and province for its very good restaurants and wineries, where you can savor the genuine regional cuisine, at a really economical price: mushrooms, wild pork, wood strawberry, many types of pasta and sauces, local vegetables, and many others...
