| A spacious room (approx 40 sqm) available on the top floor of a family house in the garden district of South East Munich.
The large room is equipped with a double bed (1.80 x .00 m), cupboard, sitting area, comfortable couch, writing table, television and a refrigerator. The room is ideal for 2 persons. However we can accommodate 1 more people (extra mattress available). Maximum occupancy 3 in this room. In summer you can get a fan.
Further there is a small room for up to 2 guests available in this house. It is aprox. 11 m² and furnished with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), wardrobe, television and desk. Further you find in the room a fridge and a mikro wave. For keeping the room darnk, there are curtains. In summer you can get a fan.
The bathroom an WC will be shared with the hosts as will the sitting room and garden. There is a washing machine in the cellar that can also be used.
Breakfast can be provided upon request (+ €5 per person). Please ask your hosts. |

| The hosts are a Brazilian and Dutch couple with a lovely dog. The hosts speak German and English as well as Portuguese, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch and Afrikaans. They like to give you some tips and recommendations during your stay. |

The city centre is 30 minutes away by public transport (Bus 194 to station "Trudering bahnhof" and then by S-Bahn (city-train) S4 to Marienplatz).
The Octoberfest is 25 minutes away by public transport (Bus 192 to station "Neuperlach Süd" and then by U-Bahn (metro) U5 to "Theresienwiesse").
