Apartment near Fairground
 
The apartment is situated on the ground floor, it has a size of 25 m² and has a large living- / sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a tiled bathroom with shower and corridor. Cealings and walls are painted white, the wooden windows and doors as well.

In the bathroom and in the kitchenette half of the walls are made of blue ceramics. In the sleeping-room there is a wooden floor, in the corridor a grey carpet and the floors in kitchenette and bathroom are made of ceramics in sand color. Under the cealing of kitchenette and corridor there are some white painted heating pipes. The apartment has an electrical heating and an instantaneous water heater for hot water.

In the sleeping-room you will find two beds, a table with two chairs an armchair, some shelves, TV and a radio. In the corridor there is a wardrobe, a small mirror and a small container for acsessoires.

The rooms are facing the garden, off the street, which makes it a very quiet place.

The apartment is situated in Berlin - Charlottenburg in the Fredericiastrasse, very close to the exhibition grounds and parallel to Kaiserdamm, between Sophie-Charlotte-Platz and Theodor-Heuss-Platz. The West End begins here. The apartment -buildung was constructed in 1930 in the contemporary style of this time.

Things To Do
The apartment is located only 5 minutes on foot from the fairground. So the apartment is ideal for visitors of the fairs. To the station Zoologischer Garten with the "Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche and the Kurfuerstendamm" there are only 5 stations by underground. To the KaDeWe there are only 6 stations. What else could be interesting? The castle Charlottenburg, the egyptian museum and the exhibition "Berggruen" – apparox 20 minutes on foot the lake "Lietzensee" with a nice park – approx. 10 minutes on foot
