Tree Tops is one of the few original guesthouses in the region (circa 1910) surrounded by cottage gardens and just a short stroll from the Morton National Park. Included in your tariff, is the charm and comfort from Bundanoon’s heyday with the sumptuous Saturday afternoon homemade teas and a full country breakfast the next morning.
Make it a whole experience and book in for our dinners which consist of hot hors d'ourves and sherry, a romantic candlelit gourmet dinner finishing with port coffee and chocolates. The tariff for this is $45.00 per person (pre-booking is essential.)

All of our rooms have en suites and you can choose from our 11 double rooms, 3 family suites or spoil yourself in one of 4 luxury spa suites.

The property has elegant sitting rooms and log fires, a billiard room and a large sunny conference room, enabling us to arrange weddings, your next off site conference or retreat and spectacular Yuletide in July celebrations.

• Take the M5 heading towards Canberra. Go past the Mittagong and Berrima on ramps. About 5km after the Berrima exit is a small green sign signposted Sutton Forest.

• Take this exit left and immediately dogleg right. 5km down the road is a T-junction, left goes towards Moss Vale and right towards Goulburn. Turn right. Just past the Sutton Forest Pub, 200m down the road, turn left signposted to Bundanoon.

• We are 12km down the road via Exeter. As you arrive at Bundanoon, go past the YHA, we are 200m later on the left (between Rosenthal and William Streets). Look for the Treetops and Super Sleuth Signage
