Roman Acres Holiday Cottage is set in two acres of mature gardens, together with the main house. It is in a quiet lane surrounded by fields, but just a couple of hundred yards from the centre of the village of Pillerton Hersey.
Mentioned in the Domesday Book, with its 13th century church and stone farmhouses, Pillerton Hersey is a tranquil, unspoilt village away from the noise and bustle of the tourist traffic.
Nevertheless, lying as it does, 1 mile from the Roman Fosse Way, it is only minutes away from many of the Cotswold showplaces including Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the-Wold and Broadway. It is also close to Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon and historic Warwick. |

| Roman Acres Cottage is only one mile from the Roman Fosse Way, and just minutes away from many of the Cotswold show places, including Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the-Wold and Broadway.
Situated in a quiet Bridle Road the cottage is ideal for gentle walks along the many footpaths around the village.
Stratford, only eight miles away, has three theatres, a multiscreen cinema, elegant shops and a wide variety of restaurants.
The local village store and Post Office in Ettington can provide most of the essentials, and in nearby Kineton there is a small supermarket and an excellent butcher. |

| From Stratford-upon-Avon:
Leave Stratford-upon-Avon on the A422 direction Banbury. At Pillerton Priors turn left onto the B4451. After 1 mile enter Pillerton Hersey, and turn right at a sharp left hand bend into the Oxhill Bridle Road. The property is 300 yards on the right hand side.
From the M40:
Leave the M40 at Junction 12. Turn left onto the B4451. Cross the B4100 to Gaydon and Kineton. At The Swan in Kineton turn right, and then immediately left opposite the church. Still on the B4451 pass through Butlers Marston and enter Pillerton Hersey. After a sharp left hand bend, turn left into the Oxhill Bridle Road. The property is 300 yards on the right hand side. |
