| Sundance Salt Rock Bed and Breakfast is just up the hill from Salt Rock Beach. Close to both Shakas Rock tidal pool and Ballito, this luxurious Spanish villa offers magnificent sea and coastal views of the KwaZulu Natal North Coast of South Africa.
We have 4 spacious en-suite sea / pool facing bedrooms each with aircon, communal satellite, bar fridge, dvd players, private patio and hospitality tray. The swimming pool, guest bar, lounge and sun deck make Sundance the perfect place to relax.
The rooms are alse very suitable for business people with workspaces, 3G Wifi Internet, email, fax and copying facilities.

Things To Do

| The more active can surf and swim at Salt Rock beach or snorkel at the Shakas Rock tidal pool just a 5 minute walk away. Other activities include dolphin boat trips, microlighting and golf (Zimbali, Prince's Grant, Simbithi and Mount Edgecombe golf courses are within 20 mins drive).
To the north is Zululand (1-2 hrs) with its rich culture and history. There are great chances in spotting the "Big 5" at Hhluhluwe Umfolozi Game Reserve while the Greater St Lucia Wetland Park (a World Heritage Site) holds such diverse ecosystems. Good restaurants are close by and Sundance is 30 minutes from Durban and the uShaka Marine World. |

| Sundance Bed and Breakfast in Chakas Rock on the North Coast of South Africa is 5 minutes drive from Ballito and about a 5 minute walk from the Salt Rock shopping area. Coming from Durban on the N2 North, take the Shaka's Rock (212) off-ramp (next one after Ballito). Turn right over the bridge into Shaka's Rock Road. If coming from Richard's Bay (N2 south) turn left off the Shaka's Rock offramp (next one after Salt Rock). Travel 3km to the Ocean Drive T-junction facing the sea with Remax Estate Agents on the left). Turn left into Ocean Drive. Travel 700m and turn left at stop street into Dolphin Crescent. Sundance is no. 18 Dolphin Crescent 200m on the right. A map could be faxed for your convenience.. |
