Small working farm in Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty yet close to the coast between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth.
The rooms all have superb rural views out over the gardens and across our idyllic rural valley.
We keep a herd of Ruby Devon cattle, Dorset Down sheep and rare breed pigs. The farmhouse breakfasts are to die for. using our own award winning rare breed pork sausages and bacon.

Things To Do

Close to the coast between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. Try fossil hunting between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth along the Jurassic coast now a World Heritage site. The tramway between Seaton and Colyton, a fun experience for all ages. Look out from the tram at the birds on the Axe mudflats. Beer is a superb little harbour, an old smuglers haven where you can now buy fresh fish from the fisherman. Pecorama in Beer draws model railway enthusiasts from all over the country both young and old. The donkey sanctuary is between Beer and Sidmouth just inland from the coastal footpath. This section of the path between Exmouth and Lyme Regis has the most superb views and there are sections that are easily accessible. Sidmouth still retains its superb front to the sea and interesting quality shops. There are several National Trust houses and gardes in the area well worth a visit. We keep details here and have a wealth of local knowledge.

Two adjoining bedrooms and its own ensuite bathroom.
The large double room has a colour TV, frig, microwave, hairdrier and tea/coffee making facilities. The adjoining room has bunk beds. A cot can be provided if required. The bedrooms have idyllic rural views.		Room Rate
£30/£35 per adult and £10/£20 per child per night to include breakfast.
Garden Suite
A ground floor suite of rooms, bedroom with jip and link beds, a large spacious sitting room with origional ingle nook, and an ensuite bathroom. The suite has wheelchair access. Idyllic views over the garden and across the valley.		Room Rate
