| LITTLE DEAN COT is a very well decorated & furnished semi detached bungalow apartment situated on the North Downs in a rural location designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty in the English county of Kent. The accommodation is for 2 people and comprises of a sitting room, a very well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bath and shower and a small private garden. It is an ideal place for a quiet, leisurely holiday. There are also plenty of places to see and things to do in the area and, being centrally located, it provides a base from which to tour the lovely county of Kent and beyond.
It is approximately 3 miles from both Charing & Lenham. These two historic villages have a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. In addition, there is a bar/restaurant and a pub both within 1 mile of the property.
It is an excellent area for walking and horse riding with many footpaths and bridleways. The North Downs or Pilgrims Way is within a short walking distance to the South of the property. The roads are very quiet so it is also good cycling countryside. There are opportunities for horse riding, hot air ballooning and gliding within easy reach.
