| Orchard View provides a perfect base for holiday makers wishing to explore the "Top of the South Island." Just 15 minutes away from sandy beaches and the Abel Tasman National Park
the cottage is set in 20 acres of private land well away from the road and overlooking the kiwifruit orchard with pine forest to the rear.
The cottage comprises of two bedrooms, (one with queen sized bed and the other with two single bunk beds), a fully equipped kitchen (with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave etc.) and an open plan living/dining area with satellite TV and double sofa bed. A port a cot and high chair are available on request.
The large deck which catches all day sun is furnished with tables, chairs and gas BBQ and provides stunning views of the valley, a perfect place to relax and listen to the native birdsong.
Alternatively stroll down to your own stretch of the Riwaka River, which flows next to the property, and fish for brown trout.
There is plenty of space to park your car, boat or camper van. |

Things To Do

| A child friendly environment, the property is home to small farm animals, free range ducks and hens, dogs, horses and cats. Children (& adults!) are welcome to help feed the animals. Trout fishing on site or the larger Motueka River is just 10 minutes away. The Abel Tasman National Park offers sea kayaking, water sports, walking, tramping, quiet sandy beaches and beautiful scenery. Wine and craft trails are close by plus golf, horse riding, tennis and much more..... |
