Things To Do

| Hamilton is a city, 1.5 hours travel from Auckland, and offers all the city attractions. It is also central to the adventures of Waitomo and the tourist attractions of Rotorua. Tiffiney House is within walking distance to restaurants and cafes and shopping. For the fit, and not so fit, there are wonderful River and Lake walks and you will be impressed with the Hamilton Gardens. Hamilton also hosts the V8 car racing and many sporting events, it is also close to Karapiro Lake for all water sports. |

Tiffiney Studio is a smoke-free self contained unit only minutes from the heart of Hamilton City - the hub of the cafe scene and central business district.
The Studio provides all the facilities you could ever want – a comfortable queen size bed, warm fluffy dressing gowns, remote controlled flat screen TV, a library of Classic DVDs for entertainment, wireless internet access, full kitchen facilities including microwave and dishdrawer, separate laundry facilities and ensuite bathroom. A fully stocked kitchen offering an array of foods and refreshments can be available on request.
Enjoy the private, sunny furnished terrace and the quiet of a NO EXIT street.
The Studio has access to a private spa pool or you can take a stroll along the numerous river walks and parks nearby. A pick-up and drop off service from Hamilton Airport is available on request.

The Studio can accommodate one extra single fold away bed @$15.
$98 per night ( per 2 people using the Queen Bed) for the self catering guest. Milk, tea and coffee, DVDs and Broadband included in this rate. You have warm fluffy dressing gowns, hot water bottles and access to plenty of towels.

Tiffiney Suite provides all the facilities you could ever want - a comfortable queen size bed, warm fluffy dressing gowns, remote controlled TV, a library of Classic DVDs, wireless internet access, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, dining table, fridge, microwave, bench oven, toaster, jug and separate laundry facilities. The Suite can accommodate an extra 2 fold away beds @$15 per bed.
Meals and refreshments are available on request.
You have a choice of two furnished terraces on which to relax after your day, and, you have access to a spa pool or why not take a stroll along the numerous river walks and parks nearby. A pick-up and drop off service from Hamilton Airport is available on request.

Directions

| Tiffiney House is found in the quite Hamilton suburb of Queenwood which is equally distant from both the CBD of Hamilton and the main shopping area of Te Rapa and Chartwell. If you require collection from the Airport, bus or railway station please let us know.
From Auckland: Turn left into RIVER ROAD, before crossing the Waikato River at Ngaruawahia. Follow RIVER ROAD for approx 15 minutes, turn left into Perindale Drive , then right into Tiffiney Place. Tiffiney House is NO 3.
From the South: Continue on River Road, 2 km North of the Fairfield Bridge. From River Road turn right into Perindale Drive and right into Tiffiney Place. Tiffiney House is NO 3.
