The surrounding area offers tourist attractions such as Huka Falls and Orakei Korako Thermal wonderland, several golf courses, interesting walks, the option of swimming in the lake or baths or soaking in hot pools, horse riding, jet-boating, bungy jumping, sky-diving and an excellent Maori cultural show. Just 1 3/4 hours' drive from us you have the choice of visitng Waitomo Caves or, in another direction, Tongariro National Park with its three peaks. Directions

| From the north travelling on State Highway 1: 46 kilometres south of Tokoroa, (the town before Taupo) turn right off State Highway 1 and into Oruanui Road. Travel 2 1/2 kilometres along Oruanui Road. Turn left into our drive.
From the south: From Tauo travel over the Control Gate Bridge heading north. About .8km up the road turn into the second road on your left (Poihipi Road, direction Kinloch) Travel 7km along Poihipi Road then turn into the first raod on your right - Oruanui Road. Drive 6.2km along Oruanui Road, then turn right into our drive |
