Things To Do
|
| Bass Harbor Inn is located in the center of an unspoiled working village that shelters the region's largest lobster fleet. A nature/island cruise departs daily from a neighborhood dock, two walking distance restaurants are at the harbor's edge, and a number of Acadia National Park's most spectacular attractions: Bass Harbor Light, Seawall, Ship's Harbor, Echo Lake and Long Pond are nearby. The charming village of Southwest Harbor, just five minutes away, has town amenities including many restaurants, unique shops, bike and kayak rentals, and an internet cafe. Other parts of Acadia National Park are within a half hour drive. |
