Now the ancient villa is a center of hospitality, administrated by the owner-family itself, base for excursions in the cultural artistic centres nearby, where the guests can enjoy relax in comforting and elegant environments. The farmhouse, set in beautifully maintained gardens with a large ecological pool, features 5 self catering holiday-apartments, with independent entry in the garden.
The villa, near Chianti-Siena area and on the border with Umbria, is perfect to visiting Tuscan many of central Italy's cities of art.

The location of elegant Guest House, at 28 kms from Arezzo and not far from Siena, on the edge of the Chianti wine region and of Umbria, is perfect to visit the glorious Tuscan countryside and many of central Italy's most important holiday attractions: Florence, Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, Ravenna, Orvieto, Trasimeno Lake , attainable through the E45 speedway, situated only 3 kms from the villa.
Torre del Guado can be reached by airplane, by train, by car. The airports and the railway stations in Rome, Florence, Perugia, Bologna, Rimini, Arezzo are to brief distance.
